Account Manager
Account Manager - Remote 20 hours per week
Position Description
We are looking for a very organized and detailed individual to assist in several areas of the company. This position offers a diversity of duties for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and has the flexibility to move quickly from one project to another. Working closely with internal staff, external vendors, prospects and our clients, this individual supports the smooth running of the sales department. We are 100% remote. The main focus of the position, but not limited to, is assisting the sales team, coordinating client agreement reviews, and accounts receivable.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales:- Proposals - Send proposals to potential clients.
- Agreements - Create and send agreements to potential clients.
- Sales Support – Provide support as needed for the Sales team.
- Conferences – Work with Marketing Coordinator to prepare and ship the exhibit boxes to various conferences.
- Manage analytics.
Accounts Receivables:
- Collections – Work with clients to assure prompt payment.
Agreements:
- Legal - Review and discuss with prospects and sales modified agreements and research whether to accept or not. Work with legal advisor for any new agreement issues. This also includes amendments, addendums, and contract renewals for existing clients.
- And other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Organized – Strong administrative aptitude, attention to detail.
- Diligent – Strong work ethic.
- Communicator – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional – Team player with strong work ethic and outstanding organizational skills.
- Education – Some college preferred.
- Software – Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are a must.
- Contract Review – Past experience reviewing contracts and identifying areas to question is desired but not required.

Details
- Salary: $25-$30/hour DOE
- Hours: 20 hours/week
- Qualified candidates will be a US citizen or alien authorized to work in the United States.
